Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your AskStoryAI account data at any time. AskStoryAI is also shown in the app as Story Telling and is operated by PlusMinds Inc.

How To Request Deletion

Sign in to AskStoryAI with the same account you want deleted.
Open the Support menu in the app.
Submit a support request with the title “Delete my account data”.
Include the email address associated with your account and state that you want your account data deleted.

If you cannot sign in, contact us at support@plusminds.one from the email address associated with your account.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account content such as stories, chapters, story profiles, characters, uploaded images, generated images, support requests, unpublished metadata, and authentication-linked account data where possible.

What May Be Retained

We may retain records that are required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Published story links may stop working after the related story data is deleted.

Timing

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Some backups or logs may take longer to expire from underlying systems.

Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login, this page can be used as the user data deletion instructions URL in the Meta Developer dashboard.
