These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AskStoryAI, also shown in the app as Story Telling. AskStoryAI is operated by PlusMinds Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

AskStoryAI provides tools for writing, revising, illustrating, managing, and publishing stories. You are responsible for your account activity, the content you create, and your use of generated output.

Your Content

You keep your rights to stories, prompts, characters, images, and other content you create or upload. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the service, provide AI generation, save your work, support publishing, and maintain the product.

Published Content

Stories are private unless you choose to publish them. When you publish a story, it becomes publicly accessible through its public link and may be indexed or shared by third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to publish the content.

AI Output

AI-generated text and images may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that generated output will meet your expectations or be suitable for every use.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, edit, publish, or share AI-generated text or images. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and any generated output you use or publish complies with applicable law and does not violate third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AskStoryAI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service, bypass security or billing controls, upload malware, or create content that you do not have the right to use.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features use credits. Credit costs may vary by provider and generation type. Subscription credits renew according to the subscription period and may expire at the end of that period. Purchased credits are used after subscription and welcome credits unless the app states otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscription changes, cancellations, and billing management are handled through the billing tools provided in the app. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by us.

Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.

Service Changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, providers, pricing, credits, limits, or availability as the product develops.

Availability

We try to keep AskStoryAI available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. AI providers, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and storage services may also experience outages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms the product or other users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskStoryAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
